On a personal note, I schedule sessions after an initial phone consultation. During our call, we will discuss your needs, goals, and intentions to determine whether we are a good fit to work together.  You can email or call me. I DO NOT pressure anyone to work with me. I am not a sales person I am a nurse. I am a woman who embarked on my own journey and I know the consistent exploration and growth work it takes. It's a decision only I can make for myself.  I also understand YOU have to make the decision for yourself and take action. Your journey requires it. You are the driver, and GPS. Your car will not move, if you don't get in and take the action needed to make it move (yes, even self-driving cars need you to program it).
